I find expectation can really put a damper on reading a book/watching a film etc, so I was relieved when I got to the end of Cinder and found I'd enjoyed it all.

SarahGirl!Reporterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12396148243207091507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8463855633465981220.post-84833240785011865582013-05-12T14:59:10.026+01:002013-05-12T14:59:10.026+01:00I'm glad you ended up enjoying the book. I was a little let down with Anna and the French Kiss and even though I loved the book, Graceling too. They got too much hype to fit my 5 star rating. Great review!

Sandy @ Somewhere Only We KnowSomewhere Only We Knowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13301973028870770126noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8463855633465981220.post-42797063073574520702013-05-12T14:47:56.272+01:002013-05-12T14:47:56.272+01:00I liked Kai. I'm reading Scarlet at the moment, and am enjoying what I'm seeing so far.

SarahGirl!Reporterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12396148243207091507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8463855633465981220.post-6477414339453238802013-05-11T23:23:48.255+01:002013-05-11T23:23:48.255+01:00I too really enjoyed reading Cinder! I definitely think he is complex and much more interesting than your standard faitytale prince and I cannot wait to see how he develops more as the series continues.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17869568502107646593noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8463855633465981220.post-86216263269808401422013-05-09T20:59:51.189+01:002013-05-09T20:59:51.189+01:00I know it's still fiction, but I think the mes...I know it's still fiction, but I think the messages in it are probably more realistic than the messages in most fairytales.

SarahGirl!Reporterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12396148243207091507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8463855633465981220.post-47856345464484760132013-05-09T18:15:31.630+01:002013-05-09T18:15:31.630+01:00I said in my review I'd nearly rather read thi...I said in my review I'd nearly rather read this book to a child than a fairytale!
